M.R. Patankar, Chairman, President & CEO
   
Mr. Patankar is widely considered the father of financial logistics in South Asia and he also serves as the Chairman & CEO of 360’s parent company- 3i India (Information Interface India). In his 30+ years, he has pioneered several multinational franchise build-outs in the region and has closed over 500 transactions within the middle-market space and developed a huge relationship platform in the Indian high networth space. Prior to co-founding 3i, Mr.Patankar held executive management positions at TNT, Johnson & Johnson, Glaxo Smithkline & TATA. Mr.Patankar is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management.
   
Chuck Dunn, Partner
 
Mr. Dunn has the overall responsibility for the Asset 360 & Talent 360 businesses based out of New York. In his 35 year Wall street career, Mr. Dunn led capital introductions and institutional marketing at Reich & Tang Asset Management and was the Director of Pensions and Investments at Philips Electronics and Pan American World Airways, Inc. During this time, Mr.Dunn has developed a strong relationship rolodex with the endowment/foundation community in the US along with pension plans and sovereign investment pools. Mr. Dunn has also received an honorable mention from Institutional Investor as one of America’s Best Pension Officers.
       
Shiven Shah, CFA, Senior Advisor
 
Mr. Shah manages the Financials 360 business. He brings with him his long-term experience and deep strategic insight in corporate strategic analysis of financial institutions and embedded businesses. He builds his 360 degree view of the financial space, drawing upon his experience as a banker at Merrill Lynch, his executive management roles at Citi in corporate strategy as well as the transaction services business (where he is in currently) and his stint as a financial policy analyst/economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Mr. Shah graduated with a BA from Northwestern University and later with an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
